Jim Lafeber
President/Founder/Customer Service - jim@drbeasleys.com
Jim is the President of Dr. Beasley’s, Inc. which he founded in 2005. Dr. Beasley’s is a technology based company specializing in cleaning and protection products that restore and preserve your ride’s surfaces. Jim is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the company. He leads the research and development of its core technology and infrastructure.
In 2010 Jim was elected to the Executive Board of The International Detailing Association. Jim graduated with a BBA from Iowa State University and holds a MBA from Kellstadt Graduate School of Management at DePaul University.
Andrew Donovan

Andrew is the Director of Product Development at Dr. Beasley’s, where he is responsible for product strategy and overseeing the product management and design functions. Andrew joined Dr. Beasley’s in 2006 as a Laboratory Engineer and was instrumental in innovative breakthroughs in many key product lines. Andrew draws his understanding of automotive detailing from years of experience as a manager at Simon’s Shine Shop, an award winning detail shop.
James Detmer

James is the Director of Marketing at Dr. Beasley’s and is responsible for spreading the word about products, auto care, and the Dr. Beasley’s advantage. Along with the team, James assists in educating detailing communities on proper practice, detailing tips, and general car care knowledge. James brings his automotive and detailing knowledge from his experience at Simon's Shine Shop.
Melissa Oszak
Event Coordinator - melissa@drbeasleys.com
Since joining Jim at Simon’s Shine Shop, Melissa has taken over most of the business’s event planning and promotion coordination. Melissa is responsible for developing and creating events to creat customer interest in Dr. Beasley's and their product line.
Jonathon Hammond
Creative Design Associate
Jonathon works as a Creative Design Associate at Dr. Beasley’s and is responsible for assisting in the creative process. Jonathon joined Dr. Beasley’s earlier in 2010 and continues to assist with logo design and graphic design management.
