Orders & Shipping
We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. In instances where this is not possible, your order will ship following business day.
You can view estimated delivery dates by adding products to your cart and continuing to checkout.
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within the contiguous United States.
We offer international shipping to locations which are deliverable via UPS Worldwide or USPS International services.
If you need to make a change to your order and it has not yet shipped, please get in touch with us and we will make every effort to adjust your order according to your needs.
International shipments are typically more expensive due to the additional travel involved. We do not add any additional fees to your shipping charge; what you pay is what we pay.
Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs.
We ship from Chicago, Illinois, USA.

Payment
We accept all major forms of payment, including PayPal, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We do — just create an account to start earning Rewards points that you can put towards future orders!

For your security, we do not store any payment information outside of billing and shipping information.
In some cases where a transaction was re-attempted after the intial transaction was denied, a duplicate charge may appear in your bank statements. This charge will go away after a few business days.
Returns
Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows customers to return any dissatisfactory product, regardless of reason, within 90 days of the original purchase date for a refund of the product’s cost.
