Dr. Beasley’s Introduces First Ever Matte Paint Nanocoating
Matte Paint Coating Provides High-Tech Protection for Vehicles with Matte Finishes
Chicago, IL (October 12, 2016) -- Dr. Beasley’s has formulated a ceramic coating for matte paint surfaces using nanotechnology not previously available for non-glossy surfaces. Matte Paint Coating is a breakthrough in inorganic coating technologies designed to provide a durable, hydrophobic barrier while maintaining the matte look of the paint surface.
Nano-coatings use a type of bond called cross-linking to permanently bond to the surface of a vehicle. These cross-links create micro structures that are identical in behavior to hardened glass. Because of this, ceramic coatings provide extreme protection and durability, as well as imparting hydrophobic properties to the surface. But they are also very glossy. Using their proprietary matte-safe technologies, Dr. Beasley’s was able to formulate a ceramic coating that provided that same durability and hydrophobicity, without adding a gloss. In doing so they created the world’s first non-glossy, matte safe nano-coating.
“We felt it was important to produce a nano-coating for matte paint. We use nanotechnology on nearly every other surface of the car. And we figured our matte customers should benefit too.” says Jim Lafeber, President and Founder of the Chicago based Dr. Beasley’s, Inc. “Nano-coatings last longer, and protect paint surfaces better than traditional sealants. This is hugely important for matte finishes in particular because preventative maintenance is key in keeping those surfaces healthy.”
Dr. Beasley’s adds Matte Paint Coating to a full line of products for matte paint. Their Matte Paint Care Line consists of Matte Body Wash, Matte Paint Cleanser, Matte Final Finish, and Matte Paint Coating. Matte paint Coating is safe for use on both matte paint and matte vinyl wraps. All Dr. Beasley’s products can be found atwww.drbeasleys.com and at any of their official distributors around the globe.
