Refund & Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by drbeasleys.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unused items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs and replace the incorrect item. Please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving the item in these cases.
Please contact customer service before returning an item and provide your original order number. All items should be returned to our distribution center in Chicago, IL. Items should be returned in the original product packaging. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will refund the cost of the order, minus the cost of both the initial and return shipments, A 10% restocking fee may also apply. If you still wish to receive the package, please place another order.

Order Cancellation Policy
Typically our orders are processed within 24 hours of the time you place them. Once shipping has been processed, orders that are "cancelled" will be treated as returns. If your order is cancelled before we process payment and shipping, your credit card will not be charged. See Refund & Return Policy above.
Orders ship same day if placed before 2:00 pm CST Monday-Thursday, or before 12:00 pm on Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.

We offer international shipping to locations which are deliverable via UPS Worldwide or USPS International services. Shipping charges depend on weight, destination, and merchandise total for insurance charges. Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery.
