How do I earn and redeem points?
You can earn points by creating an account, placing orders, leaving reviews, celebrating your birthday, and engaging with us on social media. Once you’ve earned at least 100 points, you can redeem them at checkout for discounts on your order.
How does tier membership work?
Our loyalty program features three membership tiers: Member, Insider, and Doctor’s Circle. As your total spending increases over a rolling 12-month period, you’ll automatically unlock higher tiers and gain access to upgraded perks.
Do my points or tier membership expire?
Points will expire after a period of inactivity, meaning no points are earned or redeemed. You’ll receive a reminder one week before your points expire. Your membership tier may also change based on your spending activity over the past 12 months.
How do I check my current points balance and tier membership?
Simply log into your account and visit the Loyalty Program section of your account dashboard. There, you’ll be able to view your points balance, tier status, rewards history, and available perks.
What should I do if my points don’t appear in my account?
If your points haven’t been added to your account, contact the Dr. Beasley’s team at myteam@drbeasleys.com or call (773) 404-1600 with your order number, and they’ll help ensure your points are properly applied.
