Dr. Beasley’s Partners with FLEX and Lake Country Manufacturing for NSP Paintwork Correction Kit

We’ve loved FLEX polishers and Lake Country Manufacturing pads for years, and when we first developed Nano Surface Primers we dreamed of an all-in-one kit that would combine these revolutionary paintwork correction products with the industry-standard equipment and accessories from FLEX and Lake Country. Now, that dream has become a reality!

When we first invited FLEX and Lake Country to October’s “Future of Detailing” clinic, we sent over our Nano Surface Primer line for testing so everyone could get acquainted with the primer technology before class. FLEX and Lake Country both came back with glowing reviews and their recommendations for pads and machines.

When we told Lake Country and FLEX we wanted to bundle their recommended machines and pads with our NSPs, they were more than helpful in getting us what we needed to build the kits. Lake Country even custom-made Dr. Beasley’s versions of the HDO Blue and Orange pads they recommended just for NSPs!

FLEX manufactures a wide range of machine polishers, and we’ve included three of their most useful (and popular) models to build our kits:

XC 3401 VRG— “the BEAST”

Affectionately called “the BEAST” by detailing legend Mike Phillips, the FLEX XC 3401 VRG is a forced rotation machine polisher, combining rotary and orbital movement to simulate the circular movement of the human hand. This orbital polisher is excellent for finishing.

XCE 10-8 125— “the SupaBEAST”

This random orbital machine polisher from FLEX is the evolution of the XC 3401 VRG “BEAST”. It is a gear-driven, forced rotation machine that can tackle a variety of defects both heavy and light.

XFE 7-15 150— “the Finisher”

This orbital machine polisher is great for light defects and finishing, with a free-spinning motion that makes paint burning nearly impossible, making it a great choice for beginners.

2 HDO PADS CUSTOM-MADE FOR NANO SURFACE PRIMERS:

Lake Country Manufacturing is legendary in the industry for their buffing pads. After extensive testing with Nano Surface Primers they made two custom HDO pads that they recommend explicitly for use with the NSP System:

HDO Blue Cutting Pad

Lake Country recommends using this pad with NSP 150, 95 or Z1 (in most situations). It’s great for removing heavy-to-medium defects. 

HDO Orange Polishing Pad

Lake Country recommends this pad for use with NSP 95, 45 or Z1 (in most situations). It excels at removing medium-to-light defects and finishes out in a beautiful gloss. 

ALl 4 Nano Surface Primers:

We intended this kit to be a complete bundle for using NSPs, so we’d be remiss if we didn’t include the Nano Surface Primers themselves! Each bundle comes with all four NSPs:
