Matte Finish Care
Articles and vides on how to maintain a matte finish car in its original appearance.
Applying a ceramic coating, even a professional-style kit, is easier than you’d think. The key is thorough surface prep, achieving full coverage and leveling properly to avoid high spots.

Beyond following the ceramic coating manufacturer’s specific application instructions, the most important thing to remember while applying a ceramic coating is to work only a small area at a time. Otherwise, the coating may begin to cure before you can level.
Divide large panels into smaller sections. Apply the coating to one small area at a time, crosshatching and overlapping by 50% to get full coverage.
Look for flashing. Once the coating has flashed, wipe with a clean microfiber towel to level the coating, then flip the towel and buff to remove excess.
Use an inspection light to check for high spots. Use a fresh microfiber towel to re-level any visible high spots, then repeat the process across all sections.
