Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure a convenient purchasing experience. These include PayPal, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to that method.

Return & Money-Back Guarantee Policy

Dr. Beasley’s Money-Back Guarantee ensures that you may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by drbeasleys.com within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Products purchased with store credit are final sale. Unused items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs and replace the incorrect item. Please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving the item in these cases. Please contact customer service before returning an item and provide your original order number. All items should be returned to our distribution center in Chicago, IL. Items should be returned in the original product packaging. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Gift cards are not eligible for returns. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will refund the cost of the order, minus the cost of both the initial and return shipments & a 10% restocking fee may also apply. If you still wish to receive the package, please place another order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Typically our orders are processed within 24 hours of the time you place them. Once shipping has been processed, orders that are “cancelled” will be treated as returns. If your order is cancelled before we process payment and shipping, your credit card will not be charged. See Return Policy above.

Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Otherwise, orders typically ship within 1 business day if placed before 2:00 pm Central Time Monday-Thursday, or before 12:00 pm on Fridays. Estimated delivery times listed on cart and checkout screens are not guarantees of service. Dr. Beasley’s is not liable for any change in scheduled delivery times provided by UPS or USPS. Flat Rate and Free Ground Shipping Policy

$7.95 Flat Rate Standard Ground Shipping on Orders less than $150.00 (Only applies to orders shipping within the Lower 48 United States. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed when choosing Flat Rate Standard Ground Shipping.)

FREE Standard Ground Shipping on Orders of $150.00 or More (Only applies to orders shipping within the Lower 48 United States. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed when choosing Free Standard Shipping.)

UPS Shipping Policy

UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Saturday delivery is not available. 

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to locations which are deliverable via UPS Worldwide or USPS International services. Shipping charges depend on weight, destination, and merchandise total for insurance charges. Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery.

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

This agreement lays out the terms and conditions for participation in the Dr. Beasley’s Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you, the applicant. In this agreement, the term “User” refers to any customer placing an order from a custom link assigned to the Affiliate. In this agreement, “Dr. Beasley’s” refers to Dr. Beasley’s, Inc, an Illinois Corporation, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Dr. Beasley’s Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Commissions

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the user must have cookies enabled in their browser, have a retail account with no wholesale pricing or discount, place an order within 60 days of entering the Dr. Beasley’s site via an Affiliate link and the order must be listed as “Completed”. Commissions will be paid only on sales made via correctly formatted links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.

Payment

Commissions are paid out once a quarter via PayPal.

Refunds

If a customer receives a refund for an order that a commission was paid out on, the commission will be deducted from your PayPal balance.

Usage and Obligations

Affiliates are permitted to use the Dr. Beasley’s branding and marketing resources available in your Affiliates Dashboard. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.

The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Dr. Beasley’s and will never bid for advertisements that compete with Dr. Beasley’s.

The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Dr. Beasley’s or their relationship with Dr. Beasley’s in a false or misleading way.

The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Dr. Beasley’s.

Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Dr. Beasley’s will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

If Dr. Beasley’s chooses to terminate the agreement, any commission remaining will be paid to the affiliate within 30 days of termination.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Arbitration

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Illinois. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.

Dr. Beasley’s ℞ewards Terms & Conditions

Dr. Beasley’s ℞ewards (the “Program”) is a loyalty program offered by Dr. Beasley’s, Inc. (“Dr. Beasley’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). The Program, including all Points, Rewards, and Tiers is subject to change or termination at any time and is void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. To participate, you must create an account at DrBeasleys.com and provide a valid email address. Enrollment is free and no purchase is required. Only one (1) account is permitted per individual, and wholesale or distributor accounts are not eligible to participate.

Program Communications

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to receive communications related to your account, including updates about Points, Rewards, and Tier status, as well as promotional emails. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in such emails; however, you will not continue to receive essential Program-related communications while enrolled. Any personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at DrBeasleys.com.

Earning Points

Members earn one (1) Point for every one (1) U.S. dollar spent on eligible merchandise purchases made while logged into their account. Points are calculated based on the net purchase amount after all discounts, coupons, and reward redemptions have been applied, and are not awarded on taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, or other non-merchandise items. Points are issued only after an order has been processed and shipped.

In addition to purchases, Members may earn Points through select activities, including creating an account, submitting product reviews, and engaging with Dr. Beasley’s on social media platforms. Points may also be awarded annually as a birthday reward; however, birthday rewards are only issued if a valid birthdate has been added to the Member’s profile prior to the birthday. Dr. Beasley’s reserves the right to modify, limit, or revoke Points earned through non-purchase activities at its sole discretion.

Members may also participate in the referral program by referring new customers who have not previously created an account or made a purchase. Upon completion of the referred customer’s first qualifying order, both the referring Member and the referred customer will receive a reward. Dr. Beasley’s reserves the right to limit or revoke referral rewards in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

Membership Tiers

The Program includes three (3) membership tiers based on qualifying spend within a rolling twelve (12) month period. Members begin at the base tier upon account creation and may advance to higher tiers as their total spend increases. Each tier may offer additional benefits, such as Points multipliers, early access to promotions, exclusive offers, and other perks. Tier status is evaluated on a rolling basis, meaning that as older purchases fall outside of the twelve-month window, a Member’s tier status may increase or decrease accordingly.

Points Expiration

Points expire twelve (12) months after the Member’s last qualifying activity, which includes earning or redeeming Points. Once expired, Points will be removed from the Member’s account and cannot be reinstated. Members are responsible for monitoring their Points balance and expiration timing. 

Rewards and Redemption

Points may be redeemed for Rewards at checkout once a minimum balance of one hundred (100) Points has been reached. Rewards are applied at checkout and deducted from the total purchase amount. Rewards may be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged. Rewards cannot be applied to taxes, shipping, or gift cards. 

Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information. Dr. Beasley’s is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications resulting from incorrect account details. If Points are not properly credited, Members must contact customer support and provide sufficient information, such as order details, for review.

Prohibited Conduct

Members may not engage in conduct that undermines the integrity of the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, transferring or selling Points or Rewards, or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Dr. Beasley’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms. Accounts terminated for such reasons will forfeit all accumulated Points and Rewards and may be prohibited from future participation.

Cancellation and Termination

Dr. Beasley’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, or to modify or discontinue the Program, at any time and at its sole discretion. In the event of termination, any unused Points or Rewards may be forfeited.

Changes to Terms

Dr. Beasley’s may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on DrBeasleys.com and may also be communicated via email. Continued participation in the Program after such changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue participation in the Program.
