Glass polishing is very different than paint polishing — it uses different pads, different techniques and can be quite messy. That’s why our Chief Education Officer Mike Phillips picked it as the first topic for our weekly series of live online detailing classes hosted at the new Dr. Beasley’s Operating Room in Stuart, Florida!
For the class Mike used a 1987 Chevrolet Silverado with some severe scratches on the windshield inflicted by the wiper blades (A.K.A. wiper marks) as his training car. Mike’s go-to media guru Yancy Martinez was there to capture him removing scratches for the livestream and field questions from the audience — it’s some awesome footage with some great insight into how exactly glass polishing works and why it’s different than paint polishing.
