⚠ IMPORTANT: Read Before Use

Matte Paint Cleanser is a targeted spot cleaner for identifiable dirt, stains, or overspray on matte finishes. It is not intended for casual, all-over spraying. Misuse, especially allowing the product to dry in direct sunlight, may cause etching or staining. Follow these directions carefully to avoid damage.

1. Identify the Contaminant
Use Matte Paint Cleanser only on visible stains, overspray, or contaminants that do not come off with normal washing.
2. Apply to a Microfiber Towel First (Recommended First Approach)
Spray Matte Paint Cleanser onto a clean microfiber towel. Do NOT spray surface directly. Gently wipe the affected area. Repeat this process a few times before directly applying to surface.
3. If Needed, Apply Directly to the Surface (Use with Caution)
IIf the stain persists, lightly spray Matte Paint Cleanser directly onto the affected area. Let dwell for a few seconds but no longer than one minute. Do NOT let the product dry on the surface.
4. Wipe and Repeat if Necessary.
Wipe the area clean with a fresh microfiber towel. If the stain remains, repeat process until removed.
5. Neutralize Surface Final Step
Once stain is removed, spray Matte Final Finish on a clean microfiber towel and wipe the affected area to neutralize any remaining product.

⚠ Do not spray across entire panels or large areas. Only use as a spot cleaner.
⚠ Do not allow the product to dry, especially in direct sunlight—this may cause staining or etching.
Do not use excessive force when wiping—allow product to break down and loosen contaminant before removing.
Always test a small amount in an inconspicuous place to check compatibility with surface.
Only work in a shaded, cool environment for best results.
Product can remove some nanocoatings. If applied to a surface coated with Matte Paint Coating, rinse and reapply coating after use.
For decontaminating matte paint, try Matte Decon. For routine cleaning and maintenance, use Matte Final Finish or Matte Body Wash.

Will this product turn glossy finishes matte?

No, Matte Paint Cleanser will not turn glossy finishes matte. Matte Paint Cleanser does not “add” a matte finish, but instead maintains the appearance of the existing finish. This means it can be used to clean satin and glossy paint finishes as well.

No, Matte Paint Cleanser will not darken or “enrich” matte finishes. While it will clean tough contamination that can dull the appearance of a matte finish, it does not alter the depth or color.

Great for spot cleaning

I've never used a product that has amazed me as much as this product has. Not to say I haven't liked a product as much as this product, but I did not think I would ever have much use for Matte Paint Cleanser on a regular basis. I now use this ALL THE TIME for those pesky little spots that need extra cleaning. I just saturate the area I'm looking clean, wait 20-30 seconds, and wipe off the problem area. This product has made my life so much easier!

Cleaned off what I thought were permanent spots after a hand car wash

So I took my car in for a hand car wash to get the road salt off. Typically I wash my car at home and have been using all of Dr Beasley's products and coatings with no issues with the matte paint. I noticed after the wash there were shinny spots on the spoiler that would not come off with rubbing, soap, or window cleaner. I tried a short dwell time the matte paint cleanser and that did not work either. So I applied matte paint cleanser for 2 hours and covered it with plastic wrap so it would not evaporate and it completely removed the marks with no damage to the paint. I'm never trusting a hand car wash place again unless I know for sure what they are using is safe for matte finishes. The second photo is half way through the removal process so you can see what a great job it did.

Best of the best

Hands down the best cleaner for Matte finishes. We detail tons of matte finish paint as well as matte PPF and this stuff is the best at removing stains and things that used to require elbow grease. Follow the instructions on the bottle and the results will amaze you. It’s super powerful but super safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this on any matte finish. It’s the best.

Amazing stuff

Product was great! Strong enough to remove some stubborn droppings but gentle and mouth not to harm the Matte finish! Be matte product line up out there.

The lead removal is something that haunts pilots. When it sits on paint for a long amount of time you will find that even a medium cutting pad with full cutting compound will not remove it easily.

There is chemicals to ease the removal but they are harsh and really shouldn’t be used over and over again as they eat away at the lead imbedded in the paint and end up removing paint in the process.

With the coating helping like this the underbelly of single engines and the under wings of twin engines will be able to last long and look new.

On a positive note, Nano resin pro is working amazingly well for car that hasn’t been hand washed or decontaminated in 6 months +.
