NOT JUST FOR CARS

Microsuede Protection will protect any faux suede, even those on couches and shoes. Take it from the car to the home! 

  1. 1. PUSH

    Using an interior cleaning brush, push microsuede fibers in one direction.

  2. 2. SPRAY

    Spray Microsuede Protection. Do not saturate the fabric.

  3. 3. LET DRY

    Allow approximately 10 minutes for sprayed area to dry.

  4. 4. PUSH BACK

    Again using the interior brush, push microsuede fibers in opposite direction.

  5. 5. SPRAY AGAIN

    Spray Microsuede Protection.

  6. 6. LET CURE

    Allow microsuede 24-48 hours to dry undisturbed for optimal protection.
If overspray onto other surfaces is a concern, apply to a microfiber towel before applying to the microsuede surface.
Do not allow this product to freeze.
Always test in an inconspicuous area first to check for surface compatibility.
For best results, clean with Microsuede Cleanser before applying.

How does Microsuede Protection work?

Microsuede Protection crosslinks with faux suedes to form an invisible, breathable barrier that maintains suede texture. Once cured, the barrier exhibits hydrophobic properties that repel water and resist soiling.

A very decent fabric protectant

It's nice to know that Dr. B's is always on the cutting edge for cleaning and protecting new materials like modern suede and all its iterations. The directions are very simple and it takes a bit of time but it's well worth the effort knowing that this protectant will last for a while. The website has what I think is critical information to follow as opposed to the general directions on the bottle. Finding time to let the product sit for twenty-four hours is probably the most challenging part of using this product. The result is excellent. The fabric feels natural and fresh but the best part is that there is no residue or powdery feel to the product. It does what it does as described.

Waiting on my new Corvette

I’m proactive and read many of your reviews that’s why I purchased your product. My 70th Anniversary Corvette with Sueded microfiber-wrapped steering wheel and top of the dash board and door panels is also Sueded microfiber. I’m sure your product will protect my new car my Corvette is being produced the week of 9/4 and I hope to receive my Corvette in October. I will write a review when I use your product. Cheers

Keep the peace

I use this on my seat backs and door inserts. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have some protection when the kids dirty up the car. Works great!

Peace of mind

I use this product on faux suede door inserts and seatbacks. Knowing that I have a bit a protection from stains keeps me from being super crazy about my car possibly getting dirty. I even let the kids eat in the car. I know, the humanity.
