Nano-Resin Pro Kit

1. 1. INSPECT PAINTWORK

   Inspect paintwork for defects. Decontaminate as needed with Total Decon and a Clay product. Remove scratches and defects as desired using the appropriate grade(s) of Nano Surface Primer(s).

2. 2. CLEAN SURFACE

   Wipe away any remaining NSP residue with a microfiber towel. If you did not use NSPs and instead used polish, you must use Panel Prime to cleanse the surface of polishing oils; otherwise, the coating will not bond.

3. 3. APPLY PAINT COATING BUILDER

   Spray Paint Coating Builder onto a microfiber towel. Spread the Paint Coating Builder in vertical overlapping lines down the panel, followed by horizontal overlapping lines.

4. 4. LET SIT

   Let sit 2-3 minutes, then remove with a microfiber towel. Repeat steps 3-4 until all desired paint surfaces are coated.

5. 5. PREP COATING APPLICATOR

   Use the included pipette to prime the coating applicator with 5-6 drips down the center and one drop at each corner.

6. 6. APPLY NANO-RESIN PRO

   Start by applying Nano-Resin Pro in vertical lines down the panel. After you've covered your panel with vertical lines, go back and repeat with horizontal lines. This crosshatching will ensure full coverage. Avoid getting the product in panel gaps.

7. 7. LET SIT

   Let the product sit on the surface for 30 seconds to a minute. Wipe the panel with a clean, dry microfiber towel.

8. 8. REPEAT

   Repeat steps 5-6 on each panel until your entire vehicle is protected. Reapply 4-5 drops of Nano-Resin Pro to your applicator for each panel.

9. 9. LET CURE

   Allow the coating to cure undisturbed for one hour. After, if product is left over, re-apply to high impact areas.

For best results, spray the panel or small area with distilled water prior to applying the coating.
Do not allow this product to freeze during storage.
Keep vehicle dry for at least 48-72 hours after application to allow for initial curing.
Avoid washing the vehicle with soap for 2 weeks after application to allow for full curing.
This coating is sensitive to oxygen exposure and may cure inside the bottle if left uncapped. Only open the bottle to dispense coating. Be sure to cap the bottle between each application of coating to the suede-wrapped applicator.

To avoid high spots on hood and door panels, open the door or hood before applying so you can easily cover the edge.
If applying in humid environment, wet the panel with distilled water before applying to make wipe-off easier.
Do not apply Nano-Resin Pro in direct sunlight.
In drier climates, working and cure time will be longer. In more humid climates, working and cure time will be shorter.
Inspect the vehicle in with powerful LED lights or sunlight for a better view of high spots.
For easier take-off, use two towels:

• Use one towel to level with long, straight strokes. This towel can be re-used for each panel.
• Use a second (dry) towel to buff off the remainder. Flip to a new side or use a new towel for each panel.
