Dr. Beasley’s WATER SPOT REMOVAL KIT uses a two-stage approach to tackle both surface mineral deposits and water spot etching. Start with Water Spot Remover to chemically dissolve bonded minerals, then move to NSP Z1 with a machine polisher only if the defect has etched into the paint.

Not every water spot needs machine polishing. The Water Spot Removal Kit gives you a two-stage approach that starts by chemically breaking down mineral deposits sitting on the paint. If spotting has etched into the finish and remains after chemical treatment, NSP Z1 gives you a machine-applied corrective step to level the defect while leaving ceramic protection behind.

CHEMICAL FIRST, CORRECTION SECOND

ONLY POLISH WHEN THE PAINT NEEDS IT

Using Water Spot Remover first helps avoid unnecessary abrasion when the problem is simply bonded mineral contamination. NSP Z1 is there for the defects that cannot be wiped away because they are in the paint rather than on it. This escalation approach helps you match the process to the actual type of water spot instead of automatically reaching for a polisher.

The kit combines chemical removal, corrective polishing and microfiber wipe-off in one coordinated package with more than 10% savings compared with buying the products separately. It is designed for customers who already have a machine polisher and polishing pad available for the NSP Z1 step when mechanical correction is required.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

WATER SPOT REMOVAL KIT

  1. 1. WASH, DRY AND INSPECT

    Start with a clean, dry vehicle out of direct sunlight. Inspect the affected area to determine whether the spotting appears to be a surface mineral deposit or an etched defect in the paint.

  2. 2. APPLY WATER SPOT REMOVER

    Spray Water Spot Remover directly onto the water spot or a small affected area.

  3. 3. LET IT DWELL

    Allow the product to work for approximately three minutes. Do not allow it to dry on the surface.

  4. 4. WIPE AND INSPECT

    Wipe away the loosened mineral contamination with a clean microfiber towel, then inspect the paint. Repeat chemical treatment if appropriate.

  5. 5. POLISH ONLY IF ETCHING REMAINS

    If the spot has etched into the paint and cannot be removed chemically, apply NSP Z1 to a compatible polishing pad on a machine polisher.

  6. 6. CORRECT A TEST SECTION

    Work a small section using moderate machine speed and minimal pressure, then wipe the residue with a clean microfiber towel and inspect under good lighting.

  7. 7. REPEAT AS NEEDED

    Continue correction only as necessary to achieve the desired result, using the least aggressive pad and process that gets the job done.

WHY DOES THIS KIT INCLUDE BOTH WATER SPOT REMOVER AND NSP Z1?

Water spots can affect paint in different ways. Water Spot Remover targets mineral deposits sitting on or bonded to the surface. NSP Z1 provides a mechanical correction step for etching that has damaged the paint itself and cannot be removed chemically.

SHOULD I POLISH EVERY WATER SPOT?

No. Start with the least aggressive method. Use Water Spot Remover first and inspect the result. Only move to machine polishing if the spot remains because it has etched into the paint.

DO I NEED A MACHINE POLISHER?

Yes, if the water spots require the NSP Z1 correction step. This kit is specifically intended for customers who already have a machine polisher and compatible polishing pad.

IS A POLISHING PAD INCLUDED?

NO. The kit includes Water Spot Remover, NSP Z1 and microfiber towels. A machine polisher and polishing pad must be supplied separately.

CAN WATER SPOT REMOVER BE USED ON CERAMIC COATINGS?

Water Spot Remover is designed to remove mineral spotting from coated vehicles as well as common automotive paint finishes. Always test a small area first and follow the product directions.

WHAT DOES NSP Z1 DO AFTER THE WATER SPOT IS CORRECTED?

NSP Z1 corrects paint defects while also leaving behind ceramic protection, combining the polishing and protection steps in one product.
