Matte ceramic coatings need maintenance that preserves the finish instead of making it shinier over time. The Matte Coating Maintenance Kit pairs a matte-safe detail spray with a dedicated coating booster so you can remove light contamination, restore hydrophobic behavior and reinforce protection while keeping the surface’s original matte or satin appearance intact. It is intended for maintaining matte ceramic coatings such as Matte Paint Coating and Matte Paint Coating Pro.

Matte Final Finish handles light dust, fingerprints, smudges and fresh water spots between washes without waxes, silicones or gloss-enhancing fillers. AdvanceCoat: Matte is used periodically on Dr. Beasley’s matte ceramic coatings to reinvigorate hydrophobicity and bolster coating durability.

USE ADVANCECOAT: MATTE TO REFRESH COATING PERFORMANCE

  1. 1. WASH AND DRY THE VEHICLE

    When the coating’s hydrophobic performance needs to be refreshed, wash the vehicle with a matte-safe wash and dry it completely. AdvanceCoat: Matte is intended for surfaces protected with Dr. Beasley’s Matte Paint Coating, Matte Paint Coating Pro or Matte Film Coating, not uncoated matte paint.

  2. 2. APPLY ADVANCECOAT: MATTE

    Working one panel at a time, lightly spray AdvanceCoat: Matte onto the coated surface.

  3. 3. LIGHTLY BUFF

    Using a clean microfiber towel, lightly buff the panel without heavy pressure until the product is evenly distributed.

  4. 4. REPEAT AS NEEDED

    Continue panel by panel. Use AdvanceCoat: Matte every few months or as needed to restore the coating’s desired hydrophobic performance.

USE MATTE FINAL FINISH FOR LIGHT TOUCH-UPS

  1. 1. MIST THE SURFACE

    Mist Matte Final Finish onto areas with light dust, fingerprints, smudges or other minor contamination.

  2. 2. WIPE GENTLY

    Using a clean microfiber towel, wipe gently in long strokes until the surface is clean. Repeat if necessary.

It covers both day-to-day touch-ups and periodic coating rejuvenation for matte ceramic coatings. Matte Final Finish removes light contamination, while AdvanceCoat: Matte refreshes hydrophobic performance and reinforces the coating.
