When YouTuber Percy Mesudi—aka @zoshmfg—decided it was time to give his legendary Acura Integra the love it deserved, he didn’t call just any detailer. He called Christian Camurovski, Dr. Beasley’s Authorized Trainer and owner of Cameruski’s Detailing in Stuart, Florida.
Known for his deep detailing knowledge and easy-going demeanor, Christian was the perfect match for a car that had lived a hard life and built a cult following in the process. Together, Zosh and Christian tackled a full ceramic coating transformation using Dr. Beasley’s Nano-Resin AST, a professional-only coating engineered for depth, durability, and self-healing performance.
Prepping the Paint
The process started with a thorough decontamination: a contact wash, iron remover, acid bath, and a traditional clay bar treatment. While many shops might use a clay towel for speed, Christian opted for the more aggressive route to ensure no embedded contaminants remained before polishing.
Once clean, the car underwent a full inspection. Using gloss meters and inspection lights, Christian identified swirl marks, rotary holograms, and isolated thin panels—especially on the front fenders, which came in at just 3 mils of paint thickness. With the rest of the vehicle reading a healthy 12–13 mils, Christian made the call: light polish on the fenders, full wet sanding and correction on the rest.
Deep Correction, Flawless Results
To level the paint and remove defects, Christian wet sanded the entire car with Meguiar’s 2500 and 3000 grit discs. He then performed a multi-step correction using Dr. Beasley’s CoreCut, NSP 95, and NSP 45, dialing in a finish with extreme clarity and gloss.
Only once the paint was perfected did he move to ceramic coating—starting with Gloss Builder to enhance bonding and finish, followed by two thick layers of Nano-Resin AST applied in precise, overlapping strokes.
Why Nano-Resin Pro?
Nano-Resin AST is no ordinary coating. Exclusive to Dr. Beasley’s Authorized Detailers, it features self-healing properties, adaptive protection qualities, ultra-thick application, and a mirror-like gloss that brings paintwork to life. It’s designed for durability, but more importantly, it looks incredible—especially on a freshly corrected surface.
And that’s the key point Christian drove home in the video: a coating is only as good as the prep behind it. Too often, coatings are applied over dirty, uncorrected paint, leading to poor performance and customer disappointment. Done properly, like Christian does it, coatings like Nano-Resin AST can look better than paint ever did from the factory—and last for years.
From Internet Icon to Showpiece
By the end of the project, Zosh’s Integra didn’t just look refreshed—it looked museum-ready. With the gloss levels off the charts and real professional prep underneath, the car is now protected and shining at its full potential.
